Can you help with a smaller job?
Yes. Tell us about the repair, room refresh, flooring, trim, or painting you have in mind. We’ll discuss the scope and whether it’s a good fit.
What should I send for an estimate?
Your location, a short description, a few photos, approximate room dimensions, and any timing or budget priorities are a good start. We’ll let you know what else we need and whether a site visit is the next step.
Do you work with rental property owners?
Yes. We can discuss repairs, painting, flooring, kitchen and bathroom updates, and preparing an interior between tenancies. Let us know whether the unit is vacant or occupied.
How do materials and project changes work?
We’ll discuss material choices and responsibilities as part of the scope. If something changes or an unexpected issue appears, the next step is to talk through the work and its effect on cost and timing.
What about permits or specialist trades?
We’ll discuss any permit, inspection, and specialist trade requirements when reviewing your project. Those requirements need to be considered before agreeing on the work.
